2007: Another great year for Westmount real estate

Real estate prices were up another nine per cent in 2007 compared with 2006, and for the third year in a row the average price of Westmount one- and two-family dwellings stayed above the $1 million mark. Volume was at its highest point since 1999, and 87 of the 209 sales registered last year...
