There was something for everyone at the annual Westmount Artisans Festival.
Crafters gather in Vic Hall
Victoria Hall was transformed into a colourful marketplace of delightful crafts over the weekend, as the annual two-day Artisans Festival kicked off the holiday season. Co-organized by Westmounter Ilyse Segal and Flora-Lee Wagner, the festival drew 31 local artisans, 11 of whom were displaying their wares here for the very first time.
And if you thought it might be a bit early for the Christmas spirit, visitors were greeted at the door by a friendly Westmount Public Security officer, who was collecting either cash donations or non-perishable food items for the Protective Services' annual holiday food basket drive.
