WINDSOR, Ont. - A woman from Windsor, Ont., who was suspected in a convenience store robbery on Friday, has died in hospital.
During their investigation of the robbery, police were led to a sixth floor apartment in the city. It's not clear what happened next, but 21-year-old Courtney Faye Kalyn was then found unconscious at the rear of the building.
The Special Investigations Unit is looking into police actions during the incident.
The SIU has not indicated if the woman may have jumped or fallen off a balcony.
