Administrator charged with fraud in alleged theft from nursing-home residents

HAMILTON - The administrator of a Hamilton retirement home has been charged with allegedly stealing more than $1 million from almost 50 residents.
Hamilton police say 48 residents of the Atrium Villa residence were robbed between 2003 and January 2008. The investigation began in February when the family of one resident complained about funds missing from a bank account.
Margaret Coulter faces 30 counts of fraud over $5,000.
