QUEBEC - Quebec provincial police say a man is clinging to life after a helicopter accident in a lake about 95 kilometres north of Quebec City.
Spokeswoman Ann Mathieu says the pilot and a passenger, both in their early 50s, have been taken to a Quebec City hospital. She says the passenger is seriously injured but that the pilot's life is not in danger.
Both men are from the Quebec City region.
Mathieu says early indications are poor weather may have been responsible for the pilot crashing the helicopter into the Lac a l'Epaule.
The helicopter was owned by a Quebec City-area company.
