Mountainside holds bazaar this Saturday
A Westmount favourite is back this year— the annual bazaar at Mountainside United Church.
This year's event, called the Fall Bazaar, is being chaired Tom Zukow of Cedar Avenue. In answer to public demand, it will feature a much bigger bake table this year, where one can buy jams and jellies, pickles and other homemade confections. There will be several other attractions including an art gallery, collectibles and antiques.
The event will also repeat many of the old favourites which have been enjoyed by all in the past, such as Christmas gifts, toys, decorations, books, knitted items and fine linens. A light lunch will be available.
The bazaar takes place this Saturday, Nov. 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church, on The Boulevard between Lansdowne and Roslyn avenues. Buses 66 and 124 stop at the door.
