Give blood on Sept. 4

Westmount's protective services have announced that their jointly organized annual blood

donor clinic will be held this year on Tuesday, Sept. 4.

All Westmounters are urged to drop by the fire station at 19 Stanton Street between 2 and 8 p.m. and roll up their sleeve for a good cause.

“We want to invite all citizens to come and give blood” said Station 12 police officer Adalbert Pimentel. “We want to make this blood drive a success.”

The stated goal for this year's event is 65 donors.

The annual blood donor clinic is co-organized by Westmount's Public Security Department, Fire Station 76 and Police Station 12.
