"Nagoya had the best presentation, it was fresh and delicious," one judge said, adding that it was also the most reasonably priced among the three finalists recommended by Examiner readers.
Items sampled from two other excellent sushi establishments, Miyamoto Provisions (382 Victoria Ave.) and National Food Shop (4903 Sherbrooke St.) failed to measure up to the Nagoya product when it came to flavour and freshness.
"Miyamoto is good, but I didn't like the mayo in the sushi," one judge commented, while another had praise for the generous portions and chunks of avocado in the Miyamoto sushi.
National Food Shop sushi was not quite so fresh as the other two, and the rice was found to be a bit too sticky by judges.

Nagoya Sushi is best in Westmount
Westmount's best sushi comes from the Nagoya Sushi Shop at 4435 Ste. Catherine St. That was the unanimous consensus of The Examiner's panel of judges, most of whom are well-versed in the popular Japanese seafood delicacy.

Hello, I am looking for a recommendation for a really good florist in Westmount. My sister lives there, and I am in Tokyo. I would like to send her flowers for her birthday, but I don't want to pay for some cheesy arrangement. Any chance you know of a florist in the Westmount area? Thank you, Sarah
