The Westmount Re/Max office is relocating, over and up.

The offices are moving next door to their current location on Greene Avenue. The new space will be modern and refined, offering customers a showroom with pictures and screens. Agents will have a workspace more conducive to their work patterns. “We’ve been on the same premises for 26 years,” says Andre Campeau, vice-president and co-owner of the branch. “With the way the agents work today, there’s less need for office space and more people work from laptops and home offices. We wanted an office that would reflect their changing needs.”

The move also provides ReMax with storefront space on Greene Avenue.

The new space will feature a ground-floor showroom, reception area, and conference rooms, with additional space on the seventh floor for agents. “Since agents are spending less time in the office, we won’t have private offices in our new space,” Campeau says. Instead, there will be work stations. The new space will also offer agents a view of the mountain.

The Westmount offices serve not only Westmount, but extend their reach into NDG, Côte-St-Luc, downtown, and other flanking areas. They have a second office on Monkland Avenue.

Campeau says they hope to move to the ground floor space by mid-September and to the seventh floor by mid-October to mid-November.
