Luxury condos on Greene to be one of the city’s most prestigious

Scant months after the completion of the Greene Avenue refurbishment project, area residents and merchants will again be facing the effects of another area improvement endeavor as the luxury condo unit at 1250 Greene is set to break ground this coming spring.
